EP 74. Making Wellbeing Simple with Phil Wolffe
In this episode, I’m joined by Phil Wolffe, a workplace wellbeing specialist, to break down how you can prioritise wellbeing in a way that’s actually achievable.
Phil’s approach? Make it simple, make it accessible, and make it practical because the impact of wellbeing extends far beyond just feeling good. It directly influences productivity, team engagement, and overall workplace culture.
Phil is a workplace wellbeing specialist and he does two things. He upskills workforces to give them the resources to be healthy and well under any circumstances, and he works with organisations to optimise the circumstances to make it easier for their workforces to be healthy and well.
He's completed over 25,000 individual consultations and has more than a decade of experience designing and implementing workplace wellbeing programs across multiple industries.
From tech start ups and pharmaceutical companies, to the gold mines of Papua New Guinea, and everything in between, Phil has a wealth of industry experience and is on a mission to make workplace wellbeing simple, practical, and effective for everyone.
If you’re a leader or manager trying to understand how to bring real, sustainable wellbeing practices to your team, this episode is for you.
